I love the taste of Isotonix calcium Plus very much!
It smell like oranges juice!
And Isotonix calcium Plus contains five different types of calcium that our body needed also another vitamins too……

in just half a year, she grew 1 cm

爬山都不怕膝盖痛了
之前有一段时间因为膝盖胶原不足摩擦过多，用脚过量时膝盖会出现疼痛，需要长期吃Glucosamine来缓解。自从吃了美安的钙，和B群，还有nutrisake补充蛋白质，爬山都不怕膝盖痛了
